Description :
The essential oil of oregano contains two main substances from which its biological effects arise. These are carvacrol and thymol, these two phenolic compounds act additionally in smaller quantities and the following substances are detected:
• α-pinene
• linalyl acetate
• camphene
• methylcarvacrol
• 6-methyl-3-heptanol
• p-cimene
• calemene
• linalool
• undecane and others
In oregano we also find: iron and vitamin C.

Oregano essential oil strengthens health and has strong antibiotic properties. It has excellent anti fungal properties, acts against candida albicans, has antibacterial activity and helps in the treatment of inflammation and viruses, it can also relieve muscle aches
May help:
• for nail and finger fungus
• for irritable bowel syndrome and intestinal weakness

Uses
For inhalations, put boiling water in a mug add 2-3 drops of oregano oil and inhalate, in cases of cold . You can also put on a wipe a drop of oregano oil and place it under your pillow
For Nail Fungi: Dilute a portion of oregano oil with 1 part olive oil and place a patch on the area you want.
For treatment of Candida Ablicans or other bacteria, consult your doctor about how to use it.

Precautions:
Oregano essential oil can reduce the body’s ability to absorb iron.
All pure essential oils cannot be used directly on the skin except by analogy dilution in base oil.
